Worldly Home Accents

About six months ago I went antique shopping in Ohio while I was visiting my in-laws. I found a store called Pears Avenue that has a unique mix of old and new items, both vintage and modern. I walked out with quite a few pieces, but one of my favorites is a mini, antique globe that now rests on a bookcase in my husband’s office. It’s probably the most adorable globe that exists - who knew the world could be so cute? Since then, it seems like everywhere I turn there are maps and globes popping up in stores and design blogs. I’m probably just more aware now that I’m into this trend, but I thought I would share some of my favorite images from around the World Wide Web (pun intended).
